ORDERS: Orders are valid only if are duly confi rmed by us.

DELIVERIES: Deliveries are ex-works except for different special agreements. Goods travel at owner’s risk though sold free destination.

TERMS OF DELIVERY: Delivery time starts from the date of confi rmation order, different agreements excepted. In case the costumer has to provide us with all necessary information to enable us to carry out the order, delivery-time starts from the date of receipt of the above-mentioned details.
No allowance, remuneration or compensation for damages and costs can be claimed in case of delay.

COMPLAINTS: Complaints are valid if made in writing within 8 days after receipt of goods. Damages due to inappropriate installation or to wrong utilization of the supplied material are not covered by any guarantee. In case of controversy Novara Court shall be the only competent Court.

PAYMENTS: Terms stated in our offers and in our confi rmation orders are bound. When maturity has passed we will charge interest on delayed payment. Delayed settlement authorizes us to interrupt outstanding without notice.
